At the time of booking, a credit card will be needed to secure appointment. A Spa Representative will contact you within 24hrs to secure your booking with card. Once appointment is secured, no shows or cancellations less than 24hrs will be charged for the full service.
UPDATE: As of August 1st, 2023 rescheduled appointments less than 24hrs will be charged for half the service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
